THE WOMAN BEHIND THE DETAILS
Meet Heather.
A little charm. A lot of get-it-done.

Hello, I’m Heather.
Part organizer. Part problem-solver. Entirely your home’s new favorite person.
For 15 years, I’ve helped households across Dallas–Fort Worth make everyday life more organized, manageable, and effortless.
I started as a professional organizer, but my clients soon discovered I could do so much more: coordinate vendors, plan celebrations, arrange travel, manage schedules, and handle the unexpected.
What I love most isn’t just checking things off a list. It’s anticipating needs, finding solutions, and giving people more time to enjoy their lives.
SOME THINGS NEVER CHANGE
It started with Barbie’s closet.
As a little girl, I wasn’t particularly interested in playing with Barbie. I was far more interested in organizing her clothes and shoes. While other kids imagined her next adventure, I was making sure her wardrobe was in order.
Some things never change. That instinct to create order eventually grew into a career helping busy families keep their homes—and lives—running seamlessly.
RESOURCEFUL BY NATURE
There’s got to be a better way.
I once got so frustrated with the business model at an auto repair shop that I learned how to change my own transmission fluid. I saved money, learned a new skill, and added another thing to my ever-growing list of things I can handle.
Would I recommend that everyone change their own transmission fluid? Probably not.
But when I encounter a problem, my first thought is usually, There’s got to be a better way. Whether it’s coordinating contractors, organizing a home, planning a celebration, or solving something unexpected, I bring that same curiosity and determination to the job.
I don’t just manage details. I take ownership of finding solutions.
A home you can simply enjoy.
When someone trusts me with their home, I take that responsibility seriously. I believe exceptional support should feel personal, dependable, and surprisingly effortless.
Discreet. Thoughtful. Capable. And genuinely fun to work with.
